Key duties and responsibilities:
Maintain full knowledge of current events in order to provide guests with relevant information.
Welcome Casino Clients and/or Guests and ensure that their needs are attended too timeously and in a courteous manner.
Manage and/or resolve any client complaints effectively and timeously.
Ensure the guests have a favorable experience at the casino but, also provides information on various activities the casino has to offer.
Administration of the Guest loyalty program.
Maintain the client record with the required information.
Participation in the provision and execution of promotional events and activities.
Coordinate guest’s activities where necessary.
Coordinate with and assist all departments in being receptive to guests needs.
Assist in any other duties as required by the Gaming Management.
Provide feedback to Gaming management as required and as agreed.
