Key Duties and
•Inspect the various Hotel Properties in the region assigned and do so periodically to determine any problems and necessary maintenance needs.
•Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocation of work.
•Compile monthly reports on work done.
•Supervise and assist maintenance personnel at hotel units
•Supervise external contractors during installations, repairs or maintenance.
•Inspect and maintain building systems.
•Adhere to the maintenance budget and ensure compliance with procurement policy.
•Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
•Participate in coordination of projects such as renovations.
•Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
•Liaise with United Property Management on property related matters
