  • As the Accountant of Hilton Garden Inn you will be responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting forecasting and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and post daily and monthly journal entries and assist in month-end closing, including the review of the GLs with Department Heads and research variances.

•Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure improved productivity, food quality, service, and creativity.
•Assist in overseeing the functions of the administration and planning of the Food & Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation.

✓Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations.
✓Tour and visually inspect property on a daily basis.
✓Manage ongoing profitability of the hotel, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
✓Prepare budgets, forecast and strategic plans to ensure financial profitability and operational excellence..

•Chef de Partie will also be required to assist with food cost controls
•Ensure all food preparation meets standards
•Prepare and present high-quality food
•Supervise staff


Work in conjunction with the General Manager to actively manage the hotel.

Assist in the development of meaningful, achievable hotel budgets and other short- and long-term hotel strategic goals.

Provide effective leadership to the hotel management team and team members to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

•Ensure consistent food production, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Hilton Worldwide.
•Adhere to all health and hygiene requirements as per hotel policy.
•Contribute to kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.

  • Supervise accurate and efficient Reception operations including check in/out procedures.
    •Support Team Members in handling Guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome.
    •Ensure the Front Office Manager is fully aware of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments.
    •Ensure a consistent, high level of customer service.

•Assist with supervising all housekeeping team members.
•Inspect cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and service elevator landings and provide feedback when cleanliness standards are not met.
•Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms.

•Oversee the entire night Front Office operation to maintain high service standards.
•Serve as a point of contact for all hotel Guests.
•Complete or oversee Night Audit duties.
•Maximise room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.

•Fit appliances such as toilets, sinks and baths
•Install and maintain heating systems
•Install and maintain air-conditioning units
•Liaise with contractors and assist with fitting bathrooms

• Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures, as required
• Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Front Office Shift Leader are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departments

•Welcome guests and ascertain their dining needs
•Seat guests and manage the seating chart
•Monitor restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
•Assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.

• Review the daily intake of products into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity of goods received
• Control the stores by ensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing of good received
• Manage cost reporting
• Supervise storekeepers and receiving clerk

•Understand the telephone operator board or PBX switchboard operations
•Provides information about hotel services to guests
•Answers incoming calls and places outgoing calls.
